Anything possible: The question back is what type of evaluation was undertaken and what was the basis for the diagnosis of gastroparesis?  If there is gastroparesis the next question is why?  Strongly suggest that if you are not seeing a GI doctor, that you do so and get this fully worked up in a systematic fashion.  Good luck. Yes, it could be something else.

could this be appendicities pain in lower right side, stomach hurts and i've been going to the bathroom but its not like diarrea. its tender when you touch in that area. i don't feel sick to my stomach and i haven't thrown up at all.

Appendicitis is a condition that should be diagnosed asap, because if left untreated it can lead to serious consequences such as sepsis (infection of the blood) and death in some cases. So for anyone reading this post abdominal pain is serious and should most always be evaluated by a medical provider.

I : I do not know the cause of the male's diarrhea  and stomach pain. If his stool is black, tarry and malodoros, this could be do to gastrointenstinal bleeding and he needs to be medically evaluated. This should be done asap since he also a tender abdomen and it hurts just to walk.

Acid reflux: It's possible you could be experiencing reflux of acid from your stomach into your esophagus.  You can try to minimize this by avoiding caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, large late meals, and spicy food.  There are medications to help, but if it persists you should see your doctor.

Not likely: You should be seen and examined by a gastroenterologist. This may involve undergoing endoscopy, but you may be infected and symptomatic with helicobacter pylori and need to undergo treatment, or something else may be present. Go soon and hope you get better quickly.

: You have had a thorough and extensive work-up for the intractable emesis without an identified structural etiology. That means the etiology is either functional or psychosomatic in etiology. You should seek for a second opinion from a tertiary, academic center, if feasible. I wonder how much weight you has lost and how you have been treated in the last three months. Good luck.
