Vague question: There are many things associated with abdominal or pelvic pain. If you think you are pregnant, do a upt.

Other causes of pain could be, hepatits, gallbladder dz, colitis, appendicitis, gastritis, kidney infection, ureteritis, bladder infection, kidney stones, endometritis, pregnancy, endometriosis, abdominal wall spasm, hernia etc  and many more.  If you have a neg upt, see your doc to evaluate.

Maybe. Maybe not.: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

Pregnancy concerns.:  Often brown discharge is older blood being cleaned from the uterus. You wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms one day after having sexual intercourse.

Possibly: Certainly you could be pregnant and that should be tested for as well as an examination from a physician. There are several other things that can cause stomach pain and those need to be ruled out.

Lactose intolerant?: It is possible that you may be one of those who lack an enzyme which breaks down a sugar in milk called lactose. Those people can have stomach pain or bowel problems after eating dairy.  Milk is not a necessary part of the diet, so you can either just avoid dairy, or see your doctor for other alternatives.
