Not necessarily.: Early pregnancy sxs can include: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

Possible: It is hard to know what is happening based upon the description but if she is sexually active pregnancy is always possible.  I would recommend a pregnancy test and discussion with her primary physician.

not sure: People often feel tight when they have gas so i guess that's a possibility.  Other things could be something else, possibly a hernia?  Feel any lumps or bumps on your lower abdomen?

Nausea: I assume that you are not pregnant. Your continual stomach symptoms may be due to inflammation the stomach lining(gastritis) or they could be related to stress  or intolerance to a medication or other substance. If symptoms don't resolve by  following a bland,low fat diet and avoidance of alcohol,caffeine and nicotine, see your Physician for a thorough evaluation which includes tests for liver dis

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. 
In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.  Wish you good health.

Dont worry: Take 4 dulcolax tablets at night (all 4 as one dose). Next morning you will have good bm. And will clean your system. Then take Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg, one tablet every night for 2 weeks.

Hiatal hernia: A hiatal hernia can cause this, but that doe not guarantee that is what you have.  Acid indigestion, reflux, hypersecretory conditions can possible be causative too. Get an eval to have it checked out, good luck.
