Could be normal: It is not unusual to get constipated or "gassy" with long travel.  Make sure to drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and veggies and other high fiber foods, and use a gentle stool softener like docusate sodium for a short period if needed.  If symptoms continue beyond a few days, see a doctor.

30 weeks preg n have had issues w bowels hole preg. they have me on colace (docusate sodium) n milk mag. but nothing helps stomach feels full n bloated n i barely eat?

Water: drink at least 64 oz. of water a day to hydrate you better this will help your constipation

Bloating : Try altering your diet. I cut down how much dairy and milk I drink and this seemed to help. Most people as they age have a lactose intolerance. I supplemented calcium and vitamin D with other foods.

There is a treatment for it go and see your doctor please watch your diet keep bowel regular eat multiple small meal exercise manage and control your stress and hydrate well with water and juices avoid sodas poo and caffeine and energy drink eat light food eat more fruit avoid raw vegetables eat more soups avoid red meat go and see your doctor plz

Need more info: You should be seen, a full history obtained and examined by preferably an internist or family practitioner first, and then if necessary referred to an appropriate subspecialist (perhaps a GI doc). Yes: but so could a lot of other causes.  Consult with your doctor to investigate hundreds of other causes of nausea.
