i have 2 moveable lump under left and right clavicle and have been having shoulder pain. i brought it to the attention of my pcp but he said it is subcutaneous so i shouldn't worry about them. my shoulder hurts really bad and i am worried?

my shoulders hurt  really bad, is there anyway to ease the pain my work consist of a lot of arm and shoulder movements.
my shoulders started hurting really bad recently and so does the palm of my hang.
it hurts from the inside.

First : First of all, you must be sure that the pain is coming from your shoulders and not your heart.  Have you had an ekg?  It concerns me in particular that you have the pain in your arms and your palm.  Please see your doctor and be sure that it isn't from your heart.  You may have arthritis or bursitis in your shoulder.  If so physical therapy or analgesics such as Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful, but again please be sure that this isn't pain from your heart.

FIRST: Dont overuse your shoulders the day of a shot. Bad idea! you can actually get a cortisone flare if you go out and work the joint that was injected.  Ice, nsaids and rest will help.  It should get better in about 48 hours.

Rotator cuff pathology, impingement syndrome, bursitis, biceps tendinitis, or referred pain from your cervical spine are among the most common possible reasons. The best way to find out what the cause of your pain is is to have a thorough physical exam with imaging from your doctor.

Cervical  pinched ne: consider that when one sleeps, a pinched cervical nerve can radiate into the shoulder,making one think that they have a shoulder disorder...a primary shoulder disorder should feel better at rest

ice: Ice for about 45 minutes, 3-4 times a day,  for inflammation and swelling, never apply ice to the skin, always over a towel or clothing. If the muscles are very tight or have spasms, follow this by heat for about 20-25 minutes to help soothe and relax tight muscles. Gentle exercise also helps. Walking, gentle range of motion and stretching exercises.
