Minimal at best: Assuming there was no disruption in the integrity of the condom and that there was no other interchange of potentially infected bodily fluids the chances are very very small.  Nothing, however, is 100%.  If you are at all concerned the best thing to do is to be tested.

You : You are at risk if your partner has hepatitis or hiv, etc. These are conditions that can be present in a virgin. Also consider the fact that she has had sex before, or at least contact with semen.  You should always wear condoms. If you feel like you are at risk, get  std testing in about a month, and repeat in 3.

Go see your doctor: If you engage in unprotected sex w/multiple partners, best to go see your doctor to check for sexually transmitted diseases (infections). You might notice some but many are silent until it's too late. Then strongly consider using a condom each & every time (helps prevent pregnancy, too, unless you want lots of kids now). Pick different brand/size since you've been breaking yours. Store in cool pla.

Probably not yet: Transmission of HIV from a woman to a man through vaginal intercourse is rare. Even more so with a condom that doesn't break. That being said,  if you are worried at all a simple test at your doctor or a health dept will ease your mind.

STD: Any time you have unprotected sex, it is possible to get an std. Condoms make it less likely but are not perfect. You can visit or doctor or local health clinic to get tested. Some stds cause symptoms such as penile discharge or burning on urination but others  - such as HIV - may not cause symptoms for a long time.

Live a normal life: Hpv infections are extremely common and most will eventually clear.  Having the infection does not mean you have anything else, but regular monitoring and checkups are important.  It is unusual to so specifically identify the hpv type, so you need to clarify if there is a specific concern in your case.

Peace "piece"of mind: If you have been sexually active in the past and the STD status of the two  women is unknown., obtaining STD testing on your behalf will provide answers and peace of mind. Ethically, it is always a good idea to have a general discussion with a new sexual partner of any untoward sexual issues PRIOR to engaging sexually. A negative STD test in that discussion is a "bonus" to a new female partner.
