i have a lump on my lower left stomach right above my pelvic annd it burns and its really hard. what is it?

A cyst: I assume the lump is visible pushing up the skin...What it could be depends upon whether it is in the skin ( a subaceous cyst or infected follicle) vs in the subcutaneous fat ( a lipoma) or from even deeper. If the overlying skin is red or hot to touch the lump is probably infected and should be seen by a physician soon so that it can be treated.

Delicate balance: Clean and moist wounds are most likely to heal quickly. Excessively moist wounds may lead to increased infection rates whereas excessively dry wounds may be subject to delayed healing. It is a delicate balance between keeping it clean and lightly moistened. Discuss with your radiation therapist. Pure aloe vera gel can be helpful but discuss with your radiation therapist, .

No correlation: There is no correlation between the quality of your periods and the number of follicles you have in your ovaries unless you have irregular periods or missed periods. Variation can be totally normal.

Pelvic pain ?'s: Right sided persistent pelvic pain may result from an ovarian cyst. See your gyn physician for an exam and testing, and he/she may order a pelvic ultrasound.  Ask about low dose bcp's which stop ovarian hormone production, lessening peri-menopausal symptoms, and preventing ovarian cyst formation.

Pelvic pain: The priority here is to ascertain the cause of the stabbing right lower abdominal pain. Appendicitis and other abnormalities can be the cause. This should be evaluated first. Hot flashes associated with menopause usually begin after periods stop and come in starts and stops.

Frequent "periods" ?: Bleeding "every other week" does not represent actual post ovulatory menses, but may be caused by other factors not related, including polyps, breakdown of endometrial lining, pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic).  Obtain a serum HCG test and if positive, see your gyn provider asap for an exam and other testing, as ectopic pregnancy needs immediate attention.

Pinched nerves: Pain in back with other symptoms are suggestive of pressure on nerves in sacral coccygeal area.Need to get evaluated by your p.C.P who can determine need for further diagnostic studies.

Pain in vagina: 
Burning and pain in the vagina and with voiding sounds  like an infection.  Either fungal/yeast or bacterial.  Best to get a urine culture and have your physician recommend treatment.
