Back pain/gallstones: Gallstones can cause nausea and loss of appetite, low back pain is rare but alays possible. Would also consider UTI ( urinary/renal infection/stone, ovarian pathology, gastrointestinal pathology including pancreas..

Could be many things: Nausea and loss of appetite could really be a symptoms of severe pain itself(coming from anywhere) or could be a upper GI problem(esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancrease, (pancrelipase) ect). The low back pain may be related or not and is difficult to tell you without a full work up and lots of tests. Restlessness may also be from the pain. Have you started any new medications  causing these symptoms?

See your doctor: You don't mention how long this has been going on or anything about your menstrual cycle but this can be caused by any number of things. You could of course start with a pregnancy test but regardless of the result you need to be seen so you will feel better fast.

make sure you don't have something more serious like a kidney issue.  Your symptoms may be secondary to just bodyaches from a flu but you need to exclude more serious issues and should see a doctor to be examined.
