Folliculitis: Sores on the skin are related to acne vulgarism, usually related to hormones, or follicular infections, which may leave a scar.  Some of these infections are due to mrsa, a more aggressive form of staph infection.  A culture of an active infection would be good, and your physician could treat you with an antibiotic based on that culture. Acne and folliculitis are both treatable.

i put a condom on the right way but forgot to pinch the top for air bubbles so i took it off and rolled it then put it back on. should i be worried?

Probably not: It's more than likely fine. As long as the condom wasn't damaged in the process (torn etc) you are fine. Congratulations on practicing safe sex.

when ever i bend down, or stand up or laugh or cough, it feels like bubbles going up my spine from my lower back. i feel no pain. what causes that?

Tiny bubbles...: Any clunks, clicks, snaps or pops that are not painful, are likely of no consequence. Though the exact cause of your bubbles may never be known, i suspect it is soft tissue. As we age, areas of friction, including joint cartilage, can develop calcium deposits. This creates a roughened surface that may feel as though it clicks or bubbles as the tissue  glides against the underlying bone or muscle.

i have gurgles that feel like air bubbles popping constantly on my left side and gas. i have crohns. dr prescribed flagyl but gurgles are back.  help!?

Evaluation needed: Many times with crohns this represents a high grade partial bowel obstruction which needs evaluation.  Initial work up would include a ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis with PO and IV contrasts and a colonoscopy.  Hope this helps.

Not an emergency.: There are multiple etiologies to "bubbles in the toilet", the first thing that comes to mind is protein in your urine.  This is not an emergency, but it does need to be worked up, because this is not normal and can be a finding in the beginning of kidney disease.

Physiology: I have never once heard this before from any patient.  No. The simple answer is that air in the vagina from intercourse in no way changes the anatomy or the action of semen and sperm. There is no reason to hold on to air. There is no reason to lay for hours in an attempt to increase your chances of pregnancy. I cannot imagine why you have gotten into this practice.
