High sugar: Make sure your sugar is under control. Many diabetic people may have "numbness" in several body areas if their sugar is very high.

You will be fine: The numbing sensation of the lips probably is due to the pen compressing your lip.   The numbing sensation should resolve later today.   Good luck.

i was given a coctail of toritol benedryl and something else for severe migraine in er along with 3 prednisone. i was prescribed roboxin 500mg 3x a day 2 pills at a time. after i urinate my lips feel numb or tingly. what is going on??

Too many drugs: With so many new drugs it is hard to tell which or which combination may or may not be causing your symptoms. I can't link the urination to the lip sensation either. It is best that you consult a neurologist specialized in migraine.  Have you tried triptan type of drugs yet for migraine?

Not really: No,  not normal.  If this persists and/or spreads,  you should be seen by a doctor.  You might even need to see a neurologist.

They're supposed to: Magic mouthwash often contains Lidocaine which is a local anesthetic or numbing agent. It also contains dyphenhydramine which can cause numbing. Magic mouthwash is supposed to make your mouth feel numb to lessen the pain of the oral lesion or sore in your mouth.

why would my outter vagina lips feel numb or tingly and tight ? the numbness is only for a little while this only happened about 4 times. what's wrong

Normal?: Could very well be normal.  Might be a sign of an infection trying to get started, (yeast), might be related to tight fitting clothes.  Wait and watch and avoid the above.

See your doctor: There could be many causes of these symptoms. Your blood pressure could be dropping when you get up quickly ("orthostatic changes"), your heart rate may be abnormal, or there could be other causes. Your symptoms need to be evaluated as soon as possible.  I wouldn't drive yourself anywhere until you find out what is going on...

i have a dry patch on my lower lip and it feels numb when i touch it. i apply chapstick regularly and it isnt going away or getting better. could this be skin/lip cancer?

: Cancer... probably not. Chapstick is not a medicament to treat lesions. So many factors play into the formation of this "dry patch". If it does not resolved on its own after two weeks, please see your physician or a dermatologist for an examination.

Anxiety: As long as it is both upper and lower lips and the entire lips, not just one side or the other, this is usually due anxiety producing subconscious hyperventilation decreasing your blood carbon dioxide and decreasing your oxygen.  Also some foods and drink.
