the  outward corner of my left eye twitches starts twitching at random moments.  it's really weird..  what does it mean?

myokymia: Usually resolves on its own, but work on lubricating the eye well, reducing stress and increasing sleep,  avoid excessive caffeine.  If it persists more than 3 months, you will need a workup.

diagnosed with bells palsy 6/18/17right side. noticed twitching over left eye 6/30/17 does it mean i'm getting bilateral palsy. are twitches normal?

Not likely: It is highly unlikely that you would develop bilateral Bell's palsy. I assume that you are using refresh pm or some other petroleum based ointment in the right eye several times daily and before bed to protect your cornea. If you do develop it in your left eye, use the ointment there, too and call your doctor.

Blepharospasm: Stress can cause blepharospasm (eyelid twitch); less commonly, the twitch becomes chronic and may not stop with routine measures (sleep hygiene, stress reduction, caffeine restriction). The most effective treatment for problematic blepharospasm is local injection of botulinum toxin, something to discuss with your neurologist. Good luck!

Depends: If it is too often and bothers you it may be blepharospasm.

Eye twitches: You might be developing a problem called hemifacial spasm - i would recommend you contact a neurologist for further evaluation and sometimes this can be treated surgically if there is a arterial compression of the facial nerve.

does a constant twitch in left eye +headache mean possible reoccurrence of brain tumor? i have a history of tumor in right occipital lobe.

Many possible causes: Your twitches may be related to any number of reasons including stress, stimulant overuse (for example, caffeine), overexercise, or nutritional deficiencies. Myoclonus: See your doctor to confirm it is happening. Stress, lack of sleep , other known neurological condition such as hemifacial spasm can cause it. Treatment includes Botox injection.

Usually related to : Fatigue or stress. It's not usually related to anxiety. It's known as myokymia, and is a temporary, benign situation like you mentioned. It usually goes away after a couple of days upon getting good rest.
