IUD string exam: If you cannot feel your IUD string, then you need to see a MD to be certain that the IUD is in its' proper location inside the uterine cavity. If it is not, pregnancy is possible.

my cervix seems to be high and soft but i dont think that im pregnant because i have an iud. im cramping and wondering if it could be endometriosis?

Two answers: The first answer is to run a pregnancy test as IUD's can get displaced from the intrauterine space or ejected outright into the vagina. The second answer is to get examined by a GYN MD for Endometriosis assessment which may include a laparoscopy to make that determination.

i started bleeding today, but it slowed down and im 4 weeks pregnant. is this normal? and i also felt my cervix and it doesn't really feel open,

Need evaluation : Bleeding during pregnancy requires prompt evaluation by your doctor. Miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy need to be excluded. Schedule a visit very soon.

i'm 34 weeks & 3 days pregnant and my cervix is shortened between 1.88cm to 1.98 cm. baby's head down. how possible is preterm labor?

Possible: Cervical length after 34 weeks if not very useful or predictive. At this point it is not usually measured because one expects a decreasing length. Ask your doctor if you need to be given steroids to accelerate the fetal lung maturity.

24 weeks pregnant and feeling kicks in my pelvic floor & bladder region. its like the sensation of a reverse kegel and feels like he is very low and could come flying out of my cervix. is it normal to feel kicks so low/downward?

Yes: Yes, especially if the baby's position inside the uterus is breech. (feet down head up).

Crevix dilatation: The simple answer is yes, but don't be too concerned.
I have two twin daughters age 8. They were delivered 7-8 weeks early and had a combined birth-weight of 2 kilos (about 4 lbs). I could hold each of them in the palm of my hand.
They have been thriving since leaving the hospital those many years ago and are gorgeous (not that I am biased).
Be patient and you will  have a wonderful daughter.

Menstrual cycle: The degree to which the cervical canal is dilated various with the menstrual cycle. Typically, the cervical canal widens a little bit to accommodate the passage of menstrual blood. Around ovulation, midcycle, some women notice a clear, stringy discharge. These are all normal changes happening. An IUD does not affect the cervical canal.

hi,   my doctor was unable to insert an iud because i have a high slightly tilted cervix.   she said it didn't drop when i went through puberty.  does this mean i won't be able to get pregnant?

No: sometimes IUD insertion is difficult, bur this doesn't mean you couldn't get pregnant

i had iud 8 months back n my period are not regular i had periods two months back spotting last month n on random date i had ultrasound no pregnancy?

Which IUD? : Irregular periods are a normal side effect of a Progesterone iud. This is less typical of a copper iud.  Some have them more frequently others less. Irregular periods with a negative pregnancy test does not mean that your iud is not working. You may just be having irregular periods.
