Hmm?:  Tachycardia or palpitations can occur. I am not familiar with bradycardia due to Lexapro.

Fetal death: Very slow can cause fetal demise. Your OB would tell you if it was slow enough to be serious.

Generally : Generally no, as long as your heart function, specifically both the squeezing (systolic function) and relaxing (diastolic function) are normal. If those have not been evaluated previously then you can discuss getting an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) with your doctor. There are many things that can  cause leg swelling, not just heart issues, including medication side effects and  vascular issues in the legs.

Not always: It depends on how reactive or brochospastic your airways are. This is highly variable. Some people tolerate beta blockers well, especially the selective (beta 1) blockers. Other people are exquisitely sensitive. Also it depends on how long it's been since you've had an asthma attack. If you had one yesterday, even if you feel well now, you're not back to nl yet. If you've been well, you're prob ok.

Maybe: Carvedolol is a beta-blocker. This class of BP meds traditionally cause decreased heart rate and blood pressure. It is possible that you are feeling weak & tired because of the med and lowered blood pressure. You may get used to this, or you may be extra sensitive to this particular medicine. If you keep feeling tired & weak, you may need to lower the dose or change your medicine.

Need time: It takes 2 weeks for dose adjustments  stay with the current dose you will start to feel better and every time dose changes you will feel bad before you reach  your optimal dose.

Anxiety related: If your cardiac work up is normal, the extra PVC,s you seem to be having may be due to some genetic predisposition. Unless you are having symptoms due to frequently occurring PVC's, I would focus on any anxiety issues or emotional stress that may be exacerbating the problem. Relaxation Exercises would be a good idea. Feel better

Your : Your BP should be closer to 130/70, systolic BP of 150 is too high. You can try decreasing the salt in your diet, or you may need a change in medication. Also note that a common side effect is diovan (valsartan). As far as your heart rate is concerned, less than 60 is considered low, however if you are physically fit, your resting heart rate can be low. It sounds like your cardiac wrk up was completely negative therefore i don't feel your heart rate is an issue. I would focus on getting better control of your bp. Please follow up with your doctor.

Depends: Normal heart rate is 60-100 bpm.  Having said that, in healthy, fit and conditioned individuals a resting heart rate as low as 30-40 BPM can be seen because their heart is conditioned and at rest is not needing a lot of oxygen, so does not beat fast. When that person exercises, and o2 and blood demands go up to their skeletal muscle etc, heart rate will increase. Hope that makes sense.
