Get checked!: Such a marked decreasing exercise tolerance is not normal.  Hard to say what's going on. See your doc for a thorough history and physical examination with appropriate testing.  Get checked please!  The sooner you find any problem the easier it is to treat!

While : While involuntary shaking of the hands can sometimes be a normal, physiological response to stress, it can also be caused by conditions such as essential tremor or parkinson's disease, intoxication, withdrawal, effects of medication, thyroid problems or one of a host of other conditions.  If the shaking is new, getting worse, or interfering with function (such as handwriting or eating), it should be checked out.

It's not uncommon.: Normal is not my choice of word, but it probably is a normal part of an anger reaction that is fairly strong. It's an indication of how integrated your feeling is. Your thinking part is mad and you physical part is in sync. For some that is rare and it can be a problem. Your response is not bad - unless it happens too often. Only you can decide how much that can be. Best!

Intention tremor: An intention tremor occurs when the hand is moving and stops when the hand is still.  It can be caused by a variety of neurological disorders, as well as the normal aging process.  See your doctor for a comprehensive evaluation.

Essential tremor: This maybe part of an essential aka familial aka intention tremor.  These are not serious but tend to run in families.  They usually are seen most in hands when trying to lift things, are made worse by caffeine, stimulants and anxiety.  If concerned consult a neurologist.

Yes, TO SOME POINT: A 16 year's old hand would not be expected to shake when outstretched or holding a spoon to the point of being that noticeable to the ordinary person looking on...if their hands were hooked up to machine to detect fine movements then, EVERYBODY'S hand would likely show some degree of tremor but most people wouldn't detect it. So if it's noticeable then, it's probably a little too much.

Many answers: Familiar tremor, alcoholism, Parkinson’s Disease, nerve disease, nervousness, low blood sugar.... see a neurologist for an exam to determine the cause. Many tremors are treatable!  Good luck

Familial: Most common cause for a mild shake is "benign familial tremor." ask family members if they share this trait.  Always good to check the tremor out at your doctor's.
