Yes: are his feet sunburnt?
make sure you take an icecube and apply it to the sun burnt area .if it is bad or blistered it needs to have a dressing.
make sure you replace his electrolytes with some think like pedialyte
calamine lotion should help with the soothing
next time use a screen with a high SPF

Protect against: further injury, by staying out of the sun and using sunscreensbut avoid the temptation to cover up with makeup.    Avoid breaking blisters or picking at peeling skin. Wash with a mild facial cleanser or soap with lotion.  If pain or redness increase, get evaluation for secondary infection.

Rash: Could be an allergic reaction. Call the doctor especially if taking medication.

Skin irritant: It could be a reaction from the sunscreen and possibly any chemicals that were in the pool.  It doesn't sound like a sunburn.  Did you place the sunscreen anywhere else on your body, and did you get a rash?  Best thing to do is just leave it alone. You can try some of the otc itch cream, some cool packs if it's really itchy.  If no improvement in a few days, you should see your doc!

when i lay/hang upside down i feel a pressure on my head and my skin is red,then few seconds later both of my veins above my eyelids are coming out.it goes away only when im standing still on the ground. what can be cause of this?

: Think about what you are doing-you are upside down. Gravity causes blood to rush to your head which causes your symptoms. This is not dangerous.

hi i did botox 3 weeks ago for the forehead. due to sunburn from 3 days ago, my forehead was red  and swallowed now it went down to my noise than to my eyes. please advise if it has any relation betwern botox or only sunburn and what shall i do?

No relation: Botox is a toxin that paralyzes muscles. It is used as a cosmetic treatment to reduce wrinkles caused by smiling, etc. Sun exposure should not affect the Botox treatment, but it can damage the skin. It sounds like you experienced a significant sunburn which can cause skin damage, swelling and redness. Apply cool compresses to affected area, and cover the skin with emollient cream/gel such as aloe

Aloe, cool cloth: Find a moisturizer that is unscented, alcohol free and contains aloe.  If you can get your hands on an aloe plant you can just break the leaf open and rub the gel contained in the leaf directly on the burn as well. Cool compresses prior to putting on the moisturizer will also help with the pain. Finally, prevention is the key in the future. SUNSCREEN EVERY TIME you go outdoors or face skin cancer!

i have a swollen top eyelid which is very red, there is no head(pimple) and the swelling is getting worse and is very painful what can i do to bring the swelling down?

Stye: There are few conditions that can cause eyelid inflammation with stye being common, specifically with pain. Applying warm compresses 3-4 times/day for 15 min may help as most resolve by themselves in 2-3 days. In case progression is noted instead, antibiotics may be needed and seeking advise from your doc ( PCP or GP) is recommended.

Not really: There is a linkage to repeated sun damage, particularly prior to puberty.One episode is not going to do it but will hopefully remind you that sunblock/headware is a a simple and inexpensive way to help avoid it.
