Aloe vera: Although  side effects are not common with aloe ; it is used to treat some skin conditions, it has the potential to cause skin irritation.  Rinse the aloe off with cool water. You can apply cool compresses to your skin to decrease the pain.

May be trigeminal ne: May be trigeminal neuralgia or herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Either can have similar symptoms.

Photosensitivty: Is this happening in the sun?  Many possible causes- medications, lupus and other connective tissue diseases, rosacea and allergic dermatitis are the most common causes.  I would get checked by derm and try to establish when it happens, what makes it better/worse.

Sinusitis: Your symptoms can be related to your sinus infection. Try a saline snus rinse. If your symptoms don't improve on the antibiotic, call your doctor for reassessment.

Lesion: It sounds like you have a cyst on the glossopharyngeal nerve.  It is not possible to tell why you have it from your story - it could be from a recent infection, it could be scar tissue ... or a cyst that is compressing the nerve sheath.  You need to have a physical exam by your doctor, and then you may need other tests afterwards depending on what she sees.

Hot head: It is more common to have a numb sensation on the top of the head. Most of the time people complained of temperature change on top of the head, i found them to be anxious. Are you under a lot of stress?  Please do not get the wrong idea. I am not suggesting anything. For the most part, it is probably nothing serious as I do not know of any significantly bad condition with this complaint.

But Hypertension...: There are several conditions that can give the sensation of "burning my skin on my front head" but Hypertension is a condition that must first be ruled out. It will be a good idea to see the PCP soonest and have the BP checked followed by other examinations and tests to be sure.
