Are you sure?: Are you sure creatinine is 4? Or maybe .4? If it is 4 then this is a medical emergency and you need to be seen by a Nephrologist(kidney doctor specialist) as soon as possible or ED if new. If this is the case there is nothing else we can recommend over this media to make that better since multiple things might be happening. You might even need emergency dialysis. If it is 0.4 then it is normal.

I'm NOT sure: what Psoriasis medicine your Doctor is referring to!
I can't think of an anti-psoriasis medication which will do this although Renal function is generally monitored in patients taking biological medications (anti-metabolites) for the disease!

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, as I mentioned earlier, if you are a muscular man engaged in regular physical activity, a creatinine of 1.43 may not be abnormal. Please consult a nephrologist.

Mild deficiency of: VItamine D: this is very commonly seen . So Vitamin D supplement 1000 unit per day would help. 
There is no relation of Vit D with Creatinine level.

Creatinine elevation: Creatinine, produced by muscle cells,is not toxic. The level in blood is a marker of kidney function. Increased level usually indicates reduced kidney function. Prograf is an extremely important medication for transplant patients to prevent immune rejection but can cause toxicity to kidneys. The dose has to be adjusted within a very narrow range to try to prevent both rejection and kidney injury.
