i had a sudden chest cramp , like my chest was tight and it spread to my back for a period of about 5minutes and then it subsided and now my chest feels abit funny when breathing 
is this something i should have checked up at a hospital?

: More details are needed. Chest symptoms and back pain require careful consideration- this may be something that can wait or may need to be evaluated in an emergency room now. As a result, you should be seen by a doctor in person. What can this be? Concerning: heart issues and lung issues. This can be problems with the ribs, muscles or nerves.

i have gerd and whenever i breath my chest anlung area feel funny like sometimes in the middle of chest feels like i can't breathe but i breathe nose?

Talk to your doctor: Two things to worry about.  One, is your GERD so bad that it's refluxing all the "backwards" from your stomach into your lungs! Or, do you have a primary lung process that could even be related to your smoking.  The only we to better determine this is by working with your doctors to better diagnose things in person. i had restyline injected under eyes. 1st time good .this time my throat feels funny & chest doesnt feel right. i no i feel something different.tx?

Restylane (dermal fillers) reaction?: I don't have a lot of personal experience with this drug, but any time one of my patients has that kind of reaction following a medical treatment, I assume it's related unless proven otherwise. You must contact the physician who gave you the injection ASAP and/or go seek treatment immediately, particularly if it's affecting  your breathing or swallowing, or if your mouth is swelling.

Cough. : With that list of symptoms, possibilities would include allergic rhinitis, acute sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, pleural effusion and pleurisy among other things. A local evaluation would be prudent to determine if any treatment would be required.

These are likely due to changes in breathing and chemical changes that come from autonomic arousal (fight or flight), and in some cases acid reflux. Anxiety also increases one's sensitivity to physical changes that may amplify these sensations.

Reflux?: Dear ZBriggs,  these symptoms sound like gastric reflux to me, even though they could be other things.  Many times, reflux doesn't feel like a burning but like actual chest pain. This could be...: This could be many things ranging from serious to unremarkable. Generally speaking, a complete physical exam, with particular attention to the lungs would be indicated. The differential diagnosis would include pleurisy (inflammation of the lining of the lungs due to viruses, etc.), pulled muscle, costochondritis, pneumothorax, etc. Make sure your parents/guardians know and get checked out.
