Pop Tarts?: Normal no, common yes. You had gastroesophogeal reflux, a very common condition. Tonight, take Tums (calcium carbonate) or some other antacid. Consider medical visit if it continues or recurs.

i am almost 50 years old. i drink 2 glasses of water beforedinner and 1 glass of water before sleeping. during night, i get up 3 to 4 times to pass urine. is it normal?

Dont dink so much: Being hydrated is great and its good you drink water. You should drink about 8 glasses of water a day. However if you are waking up in the middle of the night to urinate then you need to limit your intake of water previous to bed time. Try not to drink water 2 hours before bed time or if you do limit it. The closer to bedtime you drink fluids youll likely have to get up in the middle to urinate.

Accepted Answer

Depends on: amount of water and amount of time between drinking and urination.  Assuming your kidney tests are normal and you have been checked for bladder infection, I do not think you need to have any concern.

Not at all!: Drinking water helps you stay hydrated which is good for your body.

The only downside to drinking a glass of water before bed is possibly having to get up at night to urinate.

Best avoid plastic: I can't speak for other docs but i prefer to avoid plastic bottles. I believe fluoridated water is unhealthy. If your community water is not fluoridated then get a water filter & drink filtered tap water- you can put it in glass or steel bottles to drink when away from home.  If your water if fluoridated a filter won't help. In that case, drink reverse osmosis or spring water from glass bottles.

Take it easy: Hepatitis-c infection is spread through sharing needles,  receiving blood products,  sexual contact; etc.  It does not spread through digesting food or water.   Good luck !

I don't know but: My guess includes the possibility of problems with the heart, kidney, liver, adrenal and thyroid. See ur dr for a thorough exam. Take care!

Accepted Answer

White sclera: Every eye is different in terms in the amount of redness and vascularity.  You will never get your eyes back to the way they look in infancy.  Keeping the eyes lubricated with artificial tears and using over-the-counter eye drops with a vasocontrictor (ie get the red out drops) should help quite a bit.  I would recommend to avoid overuse of the otc get the red out drops.

Likely not: Do not worry about what you can not control and make sure to keep hydrated.If you are keeping hydrated and occasionally forgetting one glass of water not likely to highten risk significantly.

not everytime but most occasions when i drink alcohol i get a pain in my stomach, i can't really describe the pain, it' makes it feel better when i sit on my all fours, and also the pain goes when i have a poo and a drink a glass of water what is this?

Gastritis: You probably have inflammation of the stomach. You should refrain from  irritant foods and drinks like alcohol at least until your stomach heals
