Vague symptom: That is a very vague symptom. If there are skin changes, nipple discharge, lumps, bumps or anything else abnormal i would see your doctor for evaluation.

Skin fungus: Very often in any of the folds of our body, the breast/body being  one, fungus may grow.  This is due to the dark, warm moist environment.  There is often an associated smell.  There may or may not be a discolouration of the skin.  Treatment with anti-fungal ointments will readily cure this skin infection.

Sisters not twins: Breasts are sorority sisters, not twins and rarely are the same size and dimensions normally. Mother Nature just never seems to have learned symmetry in breast production and it's OK for their physiologic use. If you are at the end of your menses recheck the hot  and heavy breast 5 days after the period. See a MD if there is a breast discharge or you have a temperature now and swelling remains.

Not a problem: While not the best way to dry your breasts, the heat from the blow gun as long as you do not burn your skin, will not cause internal problems like breast cancer.

how soon do you feel pregnancy symptoms after you ovulate? i'm pretty sure i ovulated two days ago but my breasts still hurt and feel really hot.

Too soon: Fertilization occurs approximately 24 hours after ovulation. The embryo then tries to implant into the uterus 7 to 9 days later. Only after that will pregnancy symptoms start. What you are feeling now is just due to ovulation.

Chest pain means: Go to the emergency room.  If you do not have a heart situation going on find out what it is.  It MAY be muscle pain or a digestive issue but you need to be clear on what is going on.  Peace and good health.

"Red spots" ?'s: "Red spots" on breast tissue may represent capillary nests which vary in intensity as skin/body temperature varies (distended blood vessels will appear darker then when skin/boady temperature increases). See your primary care physician for an exam to be certain.
