Sitz bath: Sitz bath - 1/2 box of baking soda in 2-3 inches water in tub - sit in it for 1/2 hour as needed.

Not : Unusual to have small amount blood. Especially if your boyfriend is well endowed.  And you engage in rough sex.   Just be careful.

Rough sex: Bleeding after "rough sex" could mean you were physically injured during your activities.  Please see your physician to make sure all is well with you.

Staph infection: The spot has become infected, probably with staph bacteria, and you should let your doctor drain it and prescribe an antibiotic. For the record, this probably has little or nothing to do with the Fordyce spots themselves, which are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.

Proper treatment: Proper treatment includes getting a urine sample for UA, culture and sensitivity studies. Symptoms can overlap that of a STD so other study may be indicated. STD's can result in sterility or other complications if not cured &amp; meds for them differ from UTI's. A personal office visit &amp; testing would be prudent.

For how long: If it lasts more than a few days and you have any other symptoms of illness it may be a sign of something deeper going on-otherwise it is likely benign.

Probably not: Chronic constipation usually does not cause specific painful spots. You get more of a crampy/achy feeling. Point tenderness is usually something else. Unclear if the tender spots are on skin surface or deep in abdomen. If on skin, could be infection. Deeper down sounds more like swollen lymph nodes, amongst other things that can occur in your belly.
