Staph infection: The spot has become infected, probably with staph bacteria, and you should let your doctor drain it and prescribe an antibiotic. For the record, this probably has little or nothing to do with the Fordyce spots themselves, which are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only.
