have covid with few body aches and sore throat. can i still workout or go for a jog on a treadmill inside my home gym? i want to stay moving and not be in bed all day?

: No reason why you cannot do light exercise, unless your infection is causing coughing and breathing challenges.  A relatively mild infection, which is typical in your age group should not curtail reasonable activity.

Its up to you.: You could just let it work out ro as I would do go to urgent care or ER to see if you broke anything and get some medications to help you feel better. I hope you feel better soon.

Venlor: Venlor is venlafaxine which is which is a medication that potentiates serotonin and norephinephrine by re uptake inhibition.  The medicine has a number of side effects. Rhabomyolysis or muscle break down is less common, but noted. This would be a cause for body aches.

Sound like sinusitis: Some are more prone to sinus pain than others because they don't drain as easily. If your symptoms last longer than the others then you may be getting secondary bacterial infections in your sinuses which can cause fever and facial pain that is not symmetrical (more on one side or more in either forehead or cheek). Bacterial sinusitis requires different antibiotics longer than other infections.

Aches &amp; Cold: A change in your body temp and aches MAY indicate a thyroid or other hormonal imbalance.  Have you lots weight recently?  Have you changed your lifestyle?  Please see your doctor who will let you know what is going on.  Peace and good health.

Menopause: Yes. Absolutely. Hot flashes and muscle or body aches among other symptoms are very common.

: Do you have any other associated symptoms such as congestion, runny nose, sore throat, cough, problem with voiding, etc. We need more info because the 2 symptoms fever and body aching can be benign with viral infection but it could be dangerous if not treated in case of bacterial infection. You can take tylenol 500 mg or advil 200 mg x 2 every 6 hours as needed in the mean time for a day or two.

Exercise: Exercise is the best way that i know of to get rid of body aches. If you have not been exercising for  a while it is best to talk to your doctor to determine if it is safe for you to start an exercise program. Pick a type of exercise that you enjoy. If exercise is a chore for you, you are not likely to stay with it.

Flu?: Sounds like the flu. Call your doctors office but likely they will tell you to take tylenol (acetaminophen) or another nsaid to deal with your symptoms unless he suspects a bacterial etiology

No: A herniated disc tends to cause localized pain or if a nerve is being compressed by a herniated disc pain can occur in an arm or leg. For example, if a disc is herniated in the neck, pain can radiate into an arm which we call a radiculopathy or radicular pain. If the herniated disc is in the lower back the pain can radiate into a leg and it can be severe. Full body aches are not related to a disc.
