Ans: Stress is very hard on the body. Why so stressed at 20 yo?  You should seek a therapist to learn coping skills. Now stress can age you but grating if hair is genetically programmed. Also apnea is interesting. Are you overweight?  Also low testosterone can be boosted. You need a doctor to help you

Coloring: This happens in the 20s and 30s to many men.  Use coloring for head and facial gray hair.

Genetics: Usually this is a genetic trait.  Your mom or dad might have had some early greying.  If it bothers you, and you want to grow out a beard, there are some hair coloring products that are designed for beards and facial hair.  There isn't any way i know of to turn the grey hair back to it's original color permanently.
