Irritation or infect: Likely it is irritation from rubbing against the inside of your shoe, you may have an "adductovarus" deformity,  but it can also be an infection.  Get it checked out to be sure by your local podiatrist! good luck!

my baby boy thigh is red but no rush where his penis is always directing and i changed his nappy from pampers to huggies but stil no change.pls help?

Probable"diaper rash: usually a combination of ammonia rash plus superimposed fungal infection. I suggest direct observation by his pediatrician and the use of a combination of hydrocortisone and clotrimazole ( Lotrisone) tiopically AM/PM.

Hydrocortisone 0.5% : But use sparingly as over use may thin the skin permanently on the thinner skin areas like the face and groin.

Look for hair: Look for long hair from mom or other care giver which could act as a tourniquet .  Remove it if so.  Also be sure the diapers are not so tight as to bend the penis and block circulation.  Leave a diaper off for a few hours and all swelling may go away.  If none of the above works, go to pediatrician or ER .  Also is there an older child who may have been exploring this male sibling?

Pediatrician: Take your baby to your pediatrician first for an evaluation.  Your description may indicate an infection of the eyelid.  This could follow a upper respiratory tract infection, ear infection, &amp; possibly a sinus infection. The eyelid may swell if there is excessive tearing, mattering, rubbing, and of course, from infections.  A pediatrician can determine whether your child needs to see an Eye MD too

Not uncommon: This can reflect a blockage of the tear duct or an infection. If there is significant drainage with color it would be worth a visit.

Hard to say: If localized only to the back we think of factors that would put it there,like the yeast in a poopy diaper. Much of rash assessment is visual, so since I can't see it and we can't view it on the public site I must leave it a puzzle.

Baby: Could be atopic dermatitis. Try otc Hydrocortisone for a week. If not better, see your doctor.

can sweat&moist cause redness between big toes of a 9m baby? he swims every week. also uses shoes a lot. have you seen this on babies? is it common?

It happens: Generally a kid that age should avoid shoes. Many trap moisture and can lead to the equivalent of a diaper rash, especially between the toes.Rubbery soled  socks are the only things I put on kids feet at that age.Any shoes you buy for show, should breathe well while on the feet. Patent leather or plastic  are the worst offenders.
