Lump at site of inje: It is not normal but it happens  often, apply warm compresses with gentle  massage  several time daily , that will help to resolve the lumps, good luck.

No: Headaches are very common in children.  Tumors are not.  Children can have simple stress headaches which are usually mild, usually in the afternoon and evening and they come and go, and they get better when distracted.  Migraines also happen in children and usually one of the parents gets bad ha's as well.  Stress ha's usually improve with tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin, but migraines often need rx meds.

Check changing moles: The incidence of melanoma is increasing rapidly.  Any mole that changes should be checked by a dermatologist.

Mgt: I would suggest a visit with your PCP or uploading a photo of the area to your child's EMR for an inbox consultation.  An infection is one possible cause. I would suggest monitoring for fever and increase in the extent of the redness.

Not really : Headache in a 7 yr old is not normal but it might be due to migraines or stress headaches. He needs to be evaluated by the Pediatrician, to rule out other possible serious diagnosis. He also needs to get his eyes checked in case he needs glasses

I wouldn't: We have thousands of nodes scattered throughout the body &amp; their resting size is about that of a pea. If that is what it is (sounds like it) I don't find it abnormal or significant.

Vairies: This is hard to answer in this space. You clearly have some concern and would be best served discussing this with your pediatrician.....In general boys are momma's boys and girls are daddy's girls. Boys should want mom to do much for them.  He should be able to separate from you for school etc. Any concerns you  have you should discuss with someone ...It may be very reassuring.

Not really: Acne is a western disease. Hunter-gatherer cultures are devoid of it. There is substantial evidence for it an  a book as been written on the subject by dr loren cordain. Try switching to a more natural diet. Feed your son real food. Nothing form a box or a jar or a can. Eliminate grains, legumes and dairy and see what happens!

Yes it is: Yes obese 7 year old can eat more than a normal 18 years old, and that's what obesity is caused by, overeating
it is possible in very obese 7 years old I have seen in my practice weighing close to 100 lbs, but it is not very common.
