my 14 month old daughter has a rash on limbs and torso. no itching. no fever. she is acting normal. could it be 3 day measles? had rash four days.

Maybe: Three day measles is rubella and I have not seen a case...Ever...There is roseola which usually has 3 days of fever before the rash breaks out. Could be any number of viruses or a reaction to something...Glad she is acting normal. If you are concerned please see your pediatrician. Rashes really need to be seen because it is hard to tell from a brief description what they are.

my 11 month old daughter has a rash spreading from her back to her arms. she is not any any pain and doesnt have a fever but its just a cause for concern.

i first thought it could be measles but it doesnt look like measles?

Possible allergy: She may have an allergic reaction or atopic dermatitis. It is not likely to be related to measles without a fever or cold symptoms. 
If the rash appeared within four hours of ingestion of a specific food, it may be eliminated from the diet. Allergy testing is indicated if the rash is allergic. Provide a does of an antihistamine after calling your Pediatrician to discuss.

Measles vaccine: It is relatively common after receiving measles vaccine to have fever that will last 3-5 days. The area where the measles vaccine is given is painful. Take pain medication like Ibuprofen may help to alleviate some or most of the pain. The stomach upset could related to the pain. If it persists, check with your physician to make sure.

Bites: The distribution of the lesions and the fact that both children sleeping in the same bed developed the lesions at the same time makes it likely they are bites. Try to discover the source. Keep the lesions clean and use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for any itching. All the best.

Vaginal bleeding: Please see a pediatrician or bring her to the ed (emergency department) for further evaluation. 14-month-olds  just don't  "cut themselves". I hate to bring it up but there's something fishy going on.

Possible viral: A viral infection is the likely cause for your child. One thing of note is that it may be worse for a few days before it gets better.  See your pediatrician if the rash persists for more than 2 weeks.

red rash on skin from today. coverage is full back, minor front and minimal arms.

no fever as yet but groggy.

Tonsillitis: Not when measles is usually accompanied by a high fever, the diagnosis of pharyngitis can be diagnosed as it is sometimes accompanied by splashing.If you disagree with a super doctor there is a second opinion
