my sternocleidomastoid as well as scalene and other neck musclesstays flexed for 2-3 seconds after i relax the muscles. also i begin to feel a twitch in my lower lip upon relase of flexing the muscles. is this a sign of muscular disease?

Dystonia? stress? : 2 possibilities come to mind quickly. 1 is mechanically induced muscle spasm which could be postural and/or due to skeletal abnormalities. 2 dystonia (regional) in which mechanisms in the nervous system mis-program muscle relaxation and contraction. This requires neurological assessment.

i got tension on left face, canine teeth, upper lower lip, left tongue, muscle feels tight on tmj, mild pain around ear. is this tmj?

Possibly: go visit your dentist and consider how you can decrease the stress and anxiety in your life. TMJ is almost always caused or at least worsened by stress

Redness: Redness can be the result of friction or inflammation from a number of rashes such as eczema.  If the area becomes tender and a blister appears the possibility of a cold sore exists. See a dermatologist if the condition does not improve with moisturizing the area.

Tension: This sounds like a muscle contraction tension type headache and tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen usually help. If you are under a lot of stress, you may need stress reduction and antianxiety treatment. You should see your physician for diagnosis and treatment.
