Possibly.: OCD and anxiety occur frequently and any stresses such as your recent miscarriage, change in thyroid medications can cause a lot of stress in your body that  you may need to see your psychiatrist to see if adjustment in your treatment is in order. Remember, when you have OCD, any change is very stressful.

It could: Whenever you exercise your muscle loose oxygen and produce lactic acid. This does result in cramping of muscles. Electrolyte imbalance cause this so energy drinks do help. However, if you are really concerned follow up with you doctor.

Can try oral magnesium before that (mag malate 400-600 mg per day, watching for diarrhea as indicates too much).
