Too tight?: It's possible that doing flexibility exercises can help you. I would not worry too much about this being a circulatory problem at your age. Start easy and go slow with any exercises.

No feeling: Numbness should be the lack of sensation - you can't tell if water is hot or cold, can't tell texture of cloth or the type of coin you are holding.  Sensations in the muscles are tingling or pain, and these sensations can have many causes, from pinched nerves in the neck or arm, to tiredness or strain of the muscles.  If it doesn't go away in a week or two, have a physician examine you.

See below: There are many things that can cause pain/numbness in your buttocks.  Pain could be from the hip joint, pelvic joints, or your lower back.  One  of the most common causes of sharp buttock pain is a pinched nerve in the lumbar spine. See your physician for further evaluation

Shoulder Pain: with numbness makes one concerned about a nerve impingement.  You need to be evaluated by you physician who will order the appropriate test and referrals .

Suspected : Suspected nerve injuries that result in muscle loss (atrophy), sensory loss and weakness should be evaluated.  A primary care doctor (family practice or internal medicine) can be a starting point, and that doctor may refer cases to a neuromuscular neurologist or a sports medicine specialist.  These doctors can identify if the problem is being caused by a nerve injury, which nerve is injured, may be able to find ways to repair the damage (usually with the help of a surgeon), or may be able to recommend therapy to improve function.

: Seizures should be ruled out and a work up is recommended. Monitor temperature, discuss a COVID 19 screening test and vaccination. If he has has COVID-19, neurologic complications may occur.

Radiculopathy: Your symptoms may reflect a lumbar radiculopathy (nerve symptoms due to a pinched nerve in your lumbar spine).  In most cases conservative treatment works - physical therapy, medications, spinal injections - but in some cases it does take surgery for resolution.  See your doctor for further evaluation to nail down the diagnosis and treatment options.
