i have constant muscle and joint stiffness and pain in the morning. after some research and other symptoms i experienced i think it might be fibrosis. is this curable? worth seeing a doctor?

Rheumatologist: Your best bet is to have an evaluation by a rheumatologist and you'll have appropriate testing,diagnosis and treatment. An autoimmune disorder such as rheumatoid arthritis is the likely cause of your symptoms.

Be evaluated: I would not hesitate to be seen and thoroughly evaluated in terms of both the "curved spine" otherwise known as scoliosis as well as cause of your severe back pain, which may or may not be directly be related to the scoliosis itself.

Options: Some things you can try at home for back pain include a warm shower with the water aimed at your back, a heating pad (insure that you don’t get burned), stretching &amp; Tylenol or NSAID’s. If your pain is severe or chronic, a medical evaluation would be prudent. Acupuncture &amp; massage can be beneficial for some types of back pain.
