i've been getting blisters that are itchy. i'm starting to believe it's not an insect. i now have multiple blisters on 1 spot. on feet and leg.

Atopic vs allergic: The best way to sort this out is to find out what caused the blistering and itchiness . Suggest a dermatologist and/or allergist to figure out what is the underlying cause. A biopsy of the blister tissue and fluid may or may not give you an answer, but you need a direct examination ASAP, this should help to diagnose this condition

i have multiple blisters around my vagina. will this be herpes? or can it be something else? i do t have any other symptoms from herpes like flu or fever. im so confused?

: If those blisters are also painful, HSV-2 infection is likely, especially if you are at high risk for STD.

: Multiple possibilities from infections including shingles, skin disorders, allergies, drug side effects or systemic diseases with skin involvement to name a few. Your primary care doc would be best to start with in getting a proper plan.

See a dermatologist: Is this your first episode? Are you sure of the diagnosis? At this point it matters little what you do. All you can expect is to soothe it. Lubricate enough to avoid cracks. The only effective treatment is prescription pill: valacyclovir 1 Gram (or several 800mg acyclovir) 2 pills at first tingling prodrome. Also used as daily pill to prevent attacks. : Several diagnoses come to mind, but the first is shingles which is best treated very quickly after symptoms start.  Consider a visit to urgent care if your PCP is not available. 
Other causes of localized blisters could be poorly fitting shoes, contact with an allergen such as poison ivy (usually itchy rather than burning), other dermatitis.

Chill: If burn is acute and second degree, with blisters, then treat with cool water . Keep covered and protect blister. Fluid will absorb over time and skin will heal. Leaving little to no scar.

No: Keep it clean and use neosporin. Keep it covered until it is healed. If it gets red or angry or draining pus you may need an antibiotic. All the best.
