Until 12-16 weeks?: Nausea and  vomiting of pregnancy are unfortunately very common and sometimes can be severe with hyperemesis gravidarum. Small, frequent snacks, avoidance of irritating foods (e.g. Fried, fatty/spicy meals, chocolate, cooked tomato), medications (reglan, phenergan, (promethazine) vitamin b6, zofran) and ginger snacks can all help. Maintain hydration and be patient; it is definitely worth it! baby should be fine.

mri done showing 4th ventricle well defined small enhancing tissue lesion with no appreciable hydrocephalic changes. mrs exam shows elevated cho peak, reduced naa peak and increased cho/cr. opinion is that it's likely neoplastic. what does this mean?

: Truly not feasible to comment accurately about unseen studies.  But your concern would be appropriate due to the term "neoplastic" which implies an area of abnormal growth such as a tumor.  You should discuss in detail with the radiologist and your doctor.  A neurosurgical consultation would be helpful as the next step.

Acupuncture: 3 c sections can create some scarring in the abdomen which can in turn lead to back pain. Acupuncture /chinese medicine can help. I would also look for a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic issues as there are exercises and massage techniques that can release scar tissue and alleviate her pain. Good question!

I : I recommend that you see a orthopedic sports medicine physician.  I am very concerned about your symptoms.  I don't believe that as motivated as you are that the shoulder is normal.  It sounds like you have some form of rotator cuff tear , or a torn labrum (cartilage).
Often this requires surgery.  Putting your arm in a sling will probably be a bad thing as you will lose mobility in your shoulder.  See the physician soon, as your season is truly at risk. Best wishes.

Maybe early period?: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier period, a lighter period, or even a missed period.  Having one or two of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit to one’s primary care or ob-gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.
