i have a serve headache on the right side of my head by the eye and temple. i move to even which pistions in bed or get up to walk or stand it blury?

Migraine: The last part of your question is not clear: is your vision blurry?  Migraine would be at the top of the list.  If you were over 50 then temporal arteritis could be a cause.  But since the test for it so simple and inexpensive; "an esr",  you should see your internist, neurologist or an eye md to have your problem checked.

i have a small hard lump on right side forehead bout an inch below hairline and not visible to the eye it does not move and its tender if touched and you can feel your heartbeat coming through it also skin moves freely over and no recent trauma?

Forehead Lump: Tough to say what that may be "over the computer" without examining it.  The fact that you can feel your heart beat would point towards it being vascular in nature, but as stated, you would be best served by seeing a Doctor to get an official evaluation, so a definitive diagnosis can be made and any treatment would follow. Get cause: You need to find out the cause of the eye pain. See your MD. You may be referred to an Eye doc.

Headache: Sounds like sinusitis.  Treat with oral antibiotics, decongestants, and ibuprofen.  You need examination and prescription for antibiotics.

Ophthalmologist: Since your eye discomfort is not on the surface of the eye where more obvious causes can be seen, I recommend consulting an ophthalmologist to look for more serious eye pathology like glaucoma or optic neuritis,

If you haven't: already, please see an eye doctor and a neurologist and discuss with your primary care doctor. Assess any side effects of medications you may be on; keep a log of the pain, ie when, where, how long, foods eaten, activities done, any anxiety or stress and discuss all of this with your doctor(s).

my husband has bumps on both inner corner of the eye.  it does bother him. one side of these bumps are bigger than the other. should i be concerned?

Bumps near eye: If you mean that your husband has little blobs of tissue on his skin near his eye, they are likely blobs of fat made from cholesterol.  Please ask him to see  his doctor.  They are fairly common and do not need to be removed unless they bother the person w/them but the doctor will let you know.  Peace and good health.

Be seen now!: Please see your doctor ASAP as this could be a sign of an ocular stroke or a retinal artery occlusion. I would probably go the to an ER with an ophthalmologist on staff to get fully checked out.
