i pulled a silly face with my mouth open and heard and felt my jaw click on one side,  now my teeth  feel  out and my jaw is a bit sore?

TMJoint: This is related to a dislocation of your Temporomandibular joint(s).  Apply moist heat to the outside of your face just opposite your jaw joint, use Advil, Motrin or Aleve (naproxen) if you can take them, and stick on a soft diet for awhile. Even if this improves quickly, have your TMJoints and occlusion evaluated by a dentist to determine if this was just a quirk or a precursor to a chronic condition.

Eye/fascial pain: In a twenty year old female, your symptoms can be caused by a pinched cervical nerve and the prodrome leading to Bell's Palsy. Less likely, but possible is trigeminal neuralgia, also known as tic doloreau..

had one of my upper wisdom teeth pulled just over 24 hours ago and i'm noticing that part of whatever is covering the hole is coming loose. am i going to develop a dry socket? i'm not in any pain as it's still over the hole hanging on by one side.

Blood Clot: It is most likely the blood clot that formed following the extraction. Do not play with it and do not gargle or disturb it.

i had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled thursday. i have an earache and headache on one side of my head. my jaw is a little sore as well. is this normal?

Ice, rest, rx: Follow the instructions given to you closely. It is reasonable to have some soreness within the first week or two, however it should be improving. Take the pain medication provided as instructed.  If you feel the pain suddenly get worse around day 3-4, you should contact your doctor. Either way, dint hesitate to follow up with your doctor the week after to get personalized advice.

It might: If you chew solely on one side, you are exercising the muscles on that side more than the other side. Just like if you lifted weights with only your right arm, your right arm would become asymmetrical with your left.

Not true: Not true. Just ask dentist to use short acting local anesthesia.

Not likely: If you did have abscess it would have become apparent and hopefully drained by now. If your tingling has persisted for more than 2 weeks without any other symptoms then it indicates irritation of a branch of trigeminal nerve ( sensory nerve of face). You may want to wait for   another few weeks before seeking neurological help.
