Still at risk: The chances of getting mouth cancer is still significant even though use tobacco occasionally.  You are still getting more than enough exposure to cancer causing substances.  At those infrequent times why do it at all, and take whatever chance it may be..

White lines: There are many causes for small white line on your cheek.  Do you have pain, sensitivity, swelling?  How long have they been there?
The best thing for you to do is tell your parents  or guardian about this and have a dentist check the area.  The chance that this is cancer is extremely low, but there are other conditions that would need treatment .Good luck.

If a teen uses alcohol  and/or tobacco a lot, he/she may get it, but it usually takes long.  Some patients with burkitt's lymphoma can have head/neck lesions at pre-teen age.
