Imminent: Mottling means that circulatory failure is occurring and tissues are not getting blood supply. If the mottling is widespread x and increasing, death usually follows in hours.

Yes and no: With a family history of Alport disease and/or renal failure, the dot-and-fleck retinopathy is diagnostic. "A peripheral retinopathy in the mother of a male with hematuria suggests X-linked inheritance, and central retinopathy or lenticonus in a female means that recessive disease is likely. Ocular examination, retinal photography, and optical coherence tomography are widely available" for Dx.

Have it cked by dr.: It's best to have your hands checked by your doctor, so s/he can make a decision on whether to refer you to a dermatologist or s/he can answer your question quickly.  The description you're  describing needs to be documented in your chart, possibly with pictures taken, and a timeline of when this started, and where you are now. Depending on your medical history, travel history, exposure to environmental toxins, may shed more light on to your situation.

Multiple conditions: Your cardiologist and neurologist are your main sources of help. There are signs of thromboembolism related to atrial fibrillation. Hopefully there is no signs of cerebral impairment- weakness on one side, forgetfulness, slurred speech etc. U need help from ancillary services- physical/speech therapy, rehab etc we need serious help from the supreme being! god bless u!

Tinea versicolor: Sounds like u could have a topical skin infection caused by a skin fungus.  It's not serious. See a dermatologist for evaluation and management. For now try an anti-dandruff shampoo daily on your skin. Good luck!

: It is not dangerous, the skin change is due to venous congestion (enlarged uterus with large vein compression) and capillary (small vessel) dilatation with hormonal changes during pregnancy. Wish you have a safe delivery with a healthy baby.

Autonomic NS: The changes in your arms are due to the underlying disease process.  The mottling is a sign of autonomic disregulation.

See below: Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone 1% cream.  The Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can reduce the itch and the Hydrocortisone can reduce the inflammation.
