Stop activity: Metatarsal pain in both feet can be due to overuse which can in turn create tendonitis, fractures and even nerve compression. Your discomfort may be temporary however with continued pain and tenderness it's important to see a Podiatrist in person for radiographic imaging and proper diagnosis and treatment.

hi, i have morton toe so my second and third toes are longer than my big toe. it makes wearing shoes, heels and sandals very uncomfortable and can be painful in certain shoes. im just wondering if theres anything to do to help?

: There are some ortho companies which can make special shoes. Try them. You can also try to see if one size bigger shoe feels. If this works you will be OK otherwise you will need an ortho consult for best solution. Good luck.

Hips ; Knees loose: Most of the time it's not actually the feet/toes, but normal inturning at the hips and knees. The babies ligaments have been stretched and cramped in the uterus, and also have been under the influence of maternal hormones designed to relax mom's pelvic ligaments in preparation for delivery. The ligaments in the baby also 'relax' causing the legs to turn in, giving the pigeon-toed appearance.
