Do pregnancy test: If you are sexually active and you feel 100 sure you are pregnant, then all it takes have a blood test done to confirm.

Yes but: At 4 days post ovulation, or hopefully post fertilization, you would not be symptomatic as you have described. It is entirely possible that it is because of something you have eaten or something viral, That is very common. Just wait and see. Good luck,

No: After ovulation fertilization takes place within the next 24 hours. Implantation doesn't occur until 7 to 9 days after fertilization. Only after a positive pregnancy test will morning sickness occur days after.

Seems overtreatment: If there was no penetration of your vagina by some of his sperms, your risk of getting pregnant is quite low and "getting the morning after pill" would seem an unnecessary overtreatment . Why not practice safe sex and get peace: consult a caring and knowledgeable Gyn about a "forgettable contraceptive" like an intrauterine device (IUD)  or a subdermal implant and ask your partner to use condoms.?

my progesterone level was 1.2, this was checked in the morning 3 days post ovulation. day prior to ovulation ultrasound showed a 16mm follicle which was 4 days prior to test. i'm concerned its low, is this too low to 
conceive? did i ovulate?

Ovulation testing: Ovulation testing should be done in the midluteal phase typically 7 days after ovulation. Testing 3 days after is a bit odd and makes it very hard to interpret the result. I would see an Obgyn and schedule official ovulation testing. These tests must be done in a particular way to get interpretable results

After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Mid-cycle spotting: Spotting or bleeding mid-cycle is likely to be around the time of ovulation, when estrogen hormone levels drop. Progesterone hormone 'kicks in' to stop the bleeding. If the spotting continues, or your last period wasn't 'normal', or you get pregnancy symptoms take a pregnancy test to make sure it isn't early pregnancy bleeding. See a fertility specialist (rei) if trying to conceive without success.

It could possibly: But probably not as the egg can usually only survive for 48 hrs the sperm can survive for 3-4 days.
