Diet: Watch your diet. Incorporate plenty of fiber and adequate fluids.  Make sure you are not on medications that can cause this. If this does not help, you may need stool softeners.
Exercise will also help

sir i had gangrene due to aortic thrombos in small intestine 11 months ago i underwent ileostomy surgery. now tablets icosprin-75, cravast-20 are on, but blood comes from my latrine and hemoglobin is 8 and does not increase. ct angiography normal?

: Both anti coagulation and any lesion in the GI tract could cause this. Best to let your GI doc/surgeon know and get investigated further. good luck

Start Arthritis??: Pain first thing in the morning when a person gets out of bed or after being seated for a while is often the first sign of an inflammation of the ankles (arthritis). It usually goes after after a "loosening up" period but as it worsens will recur after activities or the end of the day. See a doctor to evaluate the pain and some blood tests may be in order to rule out an inflammatory disease.

Greenish phlegm: It doesn't sound to be serious.  At least you do not mention other associated problems or symptoms.  I suspect it is due to some post-nasal drip and most likely represents some allergy or other upper airway irritation.

Many things: Spinal pain is quite common among adults, and several things can cause it. Morning pain and stiffness may be an inflammatory problem. See your primary doctor or consider seeing a rheumatologist.
