Avoid sun exposure: You may use wide brim hat to limit sun exposure to your face. You may also use sunscreen.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

This acquired excess of pigment can be attributed to various preceding disease processes that affect the skin such as infections, allergic reactions, bites etc. Get a prescription for 4% hydroquinone and use on dark spots.

: If you are using  ultralight moisturizing lotion with SPF 30, it reduces the visibility of changes in pigmentation and scar caused by acne and protects natural barrier of skin. It reduces visibility of hyperpigmentation and evens out tones. Just make sure that you are using cream with SPF otherwise you can change to this lotion.
