Surgical : Depending on the size and elevation , one could shave the lesion tangentially or remove it by surgical excision. If the lesion is elevated and looks like a tag , it can be scissor excised.

Of : Of course it always depends on the individual circumstances, but generally speaking mole removal, even from an eyelid can be accomplished safely with little risk. Assuming that you are otherwise healthy, the major considerations would be the size of the lesion as it relates to the amount of surrounding skin and the proximity to the lash line.

Vascular lesion: Unless you have had trauma to the lid, the most likely diagnosis is a vascular loop just under the skin.  These are common, termed angiomas, and are benign  spots.  The blood vessels are tiny and need the kind of microscope that ophthalmologists use routinely to see.

i have a new mole or freckle on my eyelid, it is very tiny and matches the rest of my moles/freckles it just is new. i currently dont have insurance and cant go see a dermatologist. is it something that can be watched or needs to be seen right away?

Moles: Moles concerning for melanoma have an asymmetric appearance, have irregular borders, have nonuniform coloring or multiple colors, have a size larger than a pencil tip eraser, and have changed over time. Skin checks can be performed by a doctor once a year.

i got my mole removed through a cream that scabbed my skin, but after the scab was removed, it left a pinkish skin on my eyelid and it's been a month.

Pink skin: It is not unusual for skin under a scab which has fallen off to be pinkish. This is new skin but over months change in pigmentation will result in a more normal skin color. The area of involvement may have a slightly lighter color permanently,however.
