Vaginal bump: It could be a wart, although these are usually multiple and flesh colored. It is possible (not probable) that this is a skin cancer. You need to have a physician look at it.

Needs to: be seen....generally moles have PIGMENT ....STILL the lesions need to be seen and protection taken to not transmit to someone else!!! (ie: condoms)!!!!!

Removal: Typically if a mole specimen is going to be sent for biopsy, the area is numbed with a tiny needle and then removed with a blade or scalpel.  Other treatment includes freezing a wart with liquid nitrogen ( stings for a few minutes due to the extreme coldness of the spray).  Talk to your physician about all options.

Don't pull on it: Needs seen. If your Dr can do cryotherapy (=freeze skin lesions), can see him/her. If not, ask local Urgent Care or see a Dermatologist to have it frozen off. This helps make sure you don't spread it to anyone else (and to discuss if any other testing in order).

You decide: Your gp said it is harmless but you are concerned, best way is get it removed, and biopsies to take away your concern  & itching it is a monor office procedure.

do genital warts cause enlarged groin nodes? my right node is the size of an almond and theres small round ones around it, i have multiple brown mole like spots at the base of my penis and on it so hpv, worried i have lymphoma im also itchy?

: HPV or warts do not cause enlarged lymph nodes. "Brown mole like spots" don't sound like genital warts, and a single enlarged lymph node in the groin is very unlikely to be lymphoma. In any case, it's a waste of time and emotional energy to hope for answers on a forum like this. Since you're worried, see a doctor, for goodness' sake!

See a doctor: The absence of menstrual periods and the moles are not necessarily related. New appearance of multiple moles are a concern, and I suggest you see your doctor as soon as possible. The sudden appearance of multiple pigmented skin lesions can be a sign of serious underlying disease.

i had a single encounter with someone with genital warts. i sucked one time before noticing and stopping. he told me it was a mole but they looked like warts. can he transmit oral warts in a matter of 5 seconds? is transmission definite?

: Yes HPV infection of the mouth is a risk when performing oral sex on someone with genital HPV.  I don' t know if you had enough exposure though this one tike. Have you been vaccinated for HPV protection?
