what happens if you smoke moldy fruit in a hookah?

Not a good idea: Although you may not get sick from it, you are exposing your lungs to molds which in susceptible people can cause asthma, hypersensitivity pneumonitis (which acts and behaves like pneumonia), and even permanent lung damages with repeated exposure.  Hookah itself is not totally harmless and you certainly don't need to add molds to the mix.

Controversial: The adverse effects of mold including "black mold" is highly controversial except for the conditions of asthma, hypersensitivity pneumonitis and allergies.  While molds/fungi can produce toxins, poisoning is unusual (unless it is a bad mushroom) and it is unlikely that  fruit and veggies will have a significant impact although they are very tasty.

how do i know if i have tropical tea bags which contain passion fruit, could i have a severe allergic reaction to these tea bags if i consume the tea?

Read labels: For any food allergy, it is imperative to read ingredient labels to identify if the specific food allergen is present.  The U.S. Food labeling law does not require passion fruit to be included, but check anyway. Typically there is a contact number at the company to call.   If a person is not sure, they should avoid that particular product.  An allergic reaction could occur if highly allergic.

can you be allergic to calcium ascorbate or citric acid?  i am not allergic to any fruit that i know of but had a bad reaction to mixed fruit with tho

Dried fruit: There are no restrictions on eating dried fruit during pregnancy. If this is a food you enjoy eating you may continue. Sulphur dioxide is a food preservative used in a variety of foods.

i ate peanut free fruit snacks went outside to shovel snow and came in bc i was having an allergic reaction could this be food induced anaphylaxis?

Maybe: What was the allergic reaction? Shortness of breath while shoveling snow could be a side effect (no offense) but being out of shape (i am too), but also cold air is classic for causing shortness of breath, runny noses, coughing, wheezing, redness, flushing, etc.... See an allergist to have some testing before chalking up whatever reaction you had to an allergy. Hope this helps.

See your doctor: This is one of those problems where a visit to your doctor is necessary to figure out what's going on.  Only after a thorough evaluation, including examination and possibly labs and other tests, can your doctor correctly diagnose you and treat you effectively.

Probably rare: I've never heard of such a cross reaction and imagine it is rare or nonexistant. Not sure why it would be on your mind....

FDA GRAS since 2009: Monk fruit extract gained FDA approval in 2009 as "generally regarded as safe". Check out http://www.shape.com/healthy-eating/diet-tips/ask-diet-doctor-monk-fruit for more info. You'll never know you're allergic to something unless you try it (assuming it's different from some other allergen to which you are sensitive). Since monk fruit extract is relatively unique, you'll need to try it.
