Yes yes yes!!!: I will admit there are few things lovelier than a well tanned female body but in the end, a tan is a response to injury and ultimately not good for you. Sun exposure will increase the risk for skin cancers of all types, including the potentially deadly melanoma.  It will also cause premature skin aging.  Avoid unnecessary sun exposure (and tanning beds as well).  Best to you.

Yes possible: Cfl lights will give more ultra violet ( especially uv a & uv c spectrum ) like sun  than normal bulbs, increased exposure will have same effect as sun , which could expose to the risk of developments of skin cancer.

Unlikely: Heat lamps put out infrared light which keeps the food and your hands warm when under the lamp.  Skin cancer can be caused by uv light, just like in sunlight, and heat lamps are not designed to emit uv light.

The accumulation of such mutations in a line of cells causes precancer and the common skin cancers (basal cell, squamous cell, melanoma). Sunburn is the body's attempt to rid itself of damaged cells but this does not work perfectly. A good sunscreen will let you enjoy the sun and be much safer.
