15 Minutes: A molar pregnancy is usually treated by surgically removing the pregnancy from the uterus while you are asleep.  It is usually a short 15-20 minute procedure.  The cervix is dilated and the contents are removed with suction.  You wake up and go home the same day with some cramping and bleeding that resolves over the next few days.    If you are in the second trimester, it can be more involved.

: It doesn't appear you have a dry socket. I would still refrain from disturbing the wound.

Depends: It really depends on how many were removed, the location of the removals and if an incision was made into the endomtrial cavity.  Without reading your operative report or being the surgeon who did it, its difficult to say if you will have any issues.  You may be told you will need a C-section in this situation.

Anesthesia....: ...Some of the chemicals used in anesthesia may cause this, or it could be from dry mouth.  If you had inhalation general anesthesia, the gasses may have been chemically bound to the water content in your mouth.  This will clear after a while.

No.: Smoking marijuana and smoking cigarettes are both bad ideas if you have an incision in your mouth- it will impair wound healing.

my mom had undergone a dentigral cyst (cyst under the tooth) surgery. from than onwards, her mouth is not opening to full extent. since, it is now one month or so after surgery,is it normal? how long will it take for her mouth to open completely ?

: What's the symptom prevent her from fully opening her mouth? The healing time could be just a week to months depending on the how extensive the procedure. Did she need the bone graft? She may need a second opinion if her oral surgeon or dentist does not provide a satisfied answer.

Various meds: Ulceration in oral cavity not uncommon due to IMRT effecting oral mucosa. A number of  different approaches have been used for relief.  Symptoms usually gone after several weeks.Suck ice chips and use a saliva substitute to  moiste  mouth. Solcoseryl, a dental paste found to help mouth sores. Biotene also helps to heal sores because it has similar enzymes to saliva. One should also try L-Glutamine

i recently got a chin implant. today has been 6 weeks. i went back a week after surgery and i could feel the implant wing from inside my mouth under my gums. he gave me a steroid pack and it went away. i can now feel it again?

: You'll need to go back to your surgeon for a post operative evaluation since the surgeon who performed the procedure knows your anatomy the best.

Mucositis: You have mucositis from IMRT. Some easy remedies include chewing ice chips, chewing sugarless gum, or sucking tart sugarfree candy. If these do not work there are artificial saliva products that your physician can prescribe for you or some over-the-counter products are available such as enzyme based Oral Balance,Biotene, etc. See your radiation oncologist for suggestions.
