Staph: If you dont have any symptoms like urinary frequency or burning, then this result is likely from a contamination from normal skin bacteria in the sample. The safest thing to do is repeat the test or do a home urine dipstick to check for leukocytes.

Urine culture:  We can't take the place of your doctor.  So you should discuss details with the provider who ordered the urine culture. This report states which organism was grown out  (Staph) and gives you an idea of which antibiotics that particular germ will be sensitive or resistant to (helping to chose appropriate medication).

Urine cultures: You would have to ask the lab what they mean, but usually this terminology applies to an organism not usually seen as a cause of UTI and may be a contaminant.  Urine culture accuracy depends upon the way in which the specimen was collected (difficult in women), transported and cultured.  Inaccuracies are common. Usually cultures are unnecessary and treatment is empirical.

Pus cells: I always tell my pts that every test or a test result is a piece of puzzle. On its own it doesn't mean a lot ... "pus " cells can be simply representing  some inflammation  . Since cultures r negative one can assume that there is no bacterial infection in urine .. Hope it helps!

UTI: It suggests that the symptoms (which you have not described) may not be related to urinary tract infection, although one can have UTI with negative cultures. Need more info.
