There is a moderate: Contraindication. Advil (ibuprofen) pm ; Prozac use (together) can ^ risk for  dizziness, sedation, v concentration, ; impaired judgment as well as ^ 'ing bleeding risks.

Probably: Lot's of people probably do this, but it is not recommended as there is potential to precipitate the serotonin syndrome.  If it is just a one time dose and you try to minimize the NSAID dose should probably be ok.

Not really. There is: an increased likelihood of causing dizziness, confusion and disorientation as well as affecting the clotting system and potentially causing bleeding. Try a glass of warm milk instead.

Prozac (fluoxetine) and ibuprofen: There is no interaction between Prozac (fluoxetine) and ibuprofen.You do need to be careful about interactions between the triptans given for migraines and all drugs in the same class as Prozac (fluoxetine) (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors).

Ask your doctor: You should ask your doctor for the clearance to take other medications (even over the counters) while on Prozac (fluoxetine).  Well, actually interesting you should ask because in fact, there are significant interactions which can cause either an increase in bleeding complications due to the ibuprofen or increased toxicity of the Prozac (fluoxetine). The combination should be closely monitored in general. Check with Doctor

Increased risk: Increased risk of GI bleed and easy bruising and bleeding have been associated with Prozac and NSAID combinations but non with tylenol (acetaminophen).

Try Tylenol (acetaminophen): Ibuprofen can help the pain but it can also cause stomach lining inflammation/gastritis or even stomach ulcers. Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) over the counter instead.
