Contact allergy: Bed bugs tend to cause red raised bumps that show up in clusters and even straight lines.  Dust mites do not bite.  A contact dermatitis is a reaction to something your skin comes into contact with like soap, laundry detergent or even wool. This type of rash is widespread and not as raised but also red.  All of these rashes are itchy but the treatment varies.  Avoiding the cause is step one.

Little bugs.: This can be very frustration, and I certainly feel for your distress. Have you tried prescription medication and have you seen your physician?  If you manage to find one or many of these insects, please capture them put them in a bag and deliver them to your physician.

Bites: Probably these are bites from either scabies, bed bugs or fleas. Scabies is treated with Permethrin cream which needs a doctor's prescription. Consult a doctor.

It can cause pink, swollen, itchy lesions on the skin. What can be tell-.

try wearing clothes that cover you legs and see if you still get them
