Missing tonsils: A  tonsil is a mass composed of  lymphoid tissue at the back and on either side of the throat. It may be so small as to not be obvious or it  may have been surgically removed.

See an ENT: If your tonsils is breaking off or eroding, then maybe there is a medical process and you should see an ent. If your tonsil is just shrinking over time, that is normal. When born, the tonsils are small. They grow over the next 5 to 7 years while immune system maturing. Once mature, the tonsils usually shrink, so they are small again be preteen or teenage years.

Tonsil Asymmetry: Greetings. Most everyone has subtle asymmetries of their lymphatic tissues. As we age, these tissues in the throat and in the back of the nose will shrink and atrophy. This is probably not anything to worry about but it's wise to see your ENT doctor for confirmation.

i have strep troat,  white spots on my tonsils, and i'm missing pacthes on my tongue,  what's wrong with me?  do i have an std the doctor said i'm ok.

Sure it's strep? : It could be a viral infection.  Was a culture positive for strep? These are more likely viral symptoms or remotely strep.  Certainly not std.  Trust your doctor,  and follow her advice.

i am 46. some theets are missing in my mouth (3). should i replace them? can i live without 3 theets without the ridk of missing others?

Yes: Anyone can live without teeth but it is the quality of life that disappears with the teeth. Speech difficulties, poor digestion, changes in diet, postural changes (descending support issues), less facial support, and maybe most important poorer airway support.  The more teeth missing the more the tendency towards these problems.  It's a slippery slope when you begin loosing your teeth.

i was eating fries with cheese and ranch were all over them and the fries stuck to the aluminum foil and when i grab them and put them in my mouth i didnt notice til after the aluminum was missing and i swallowed it. will my baby be okay?

: No problem. This will pass in your poop in 2-4 days and have no effect on baby.

Salivary Stone: If you are referring to a salivary stone, the stone would be removed from a salivary duct. If you've had such surgery, discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Probably!: It is okay to use a mouthguard if you have missing teeth.  Unfilled cavities could progress much quicker during the use of mouth guards so you should be very diligent and proactive with oral hygiene.

Best option.: The best option for replacing missing back 3 teeth are dental implants. They are the most expensive but the best, last the longest. With implants you do not remove the restoration, it is fixed. The next option is removable partial denture. Most people do not like the fact that it is removable but it can work well for a while. R.P.D. Requires more maintenance and replacement after 6/7 years.
